Designed with input from Chef Adam Jones, this upscale American restaurant provides a comforting yet sparkly ambiance with a vibe that changes somewhat for each sitting area. Designed in 2007-2008 the lighting design was a careful mix of halogen, cathode, CFL and LED, all tested during design to achieve a consistent color temperature and ability to balance light levels for different scenes through the day and night.
